1. Who we are

Relayo is operated by Relayo LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States ("Relayo", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the Relayo website and service.

2. The service

Relayo receives webhook events from Meta Platforms products (Facebook Lead Ads and the WhatsApp Business Cloud API) on your behalf and forwards them to HTTPS endpoints you configure, with signature verification, routing, retries and replay. Relayo is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for the credentials you store in Relayo (Meta app secrets, access tokens, receiver signing secrets), for the endpoints you configure, and for having the right to process the data you route through the service. You must not use Relayo to process data you are not authorized to process, to send spam, or to violate Meta's platform terms or any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other customers.

4. Orders, billing and our merchant of record

Paid subscriptions are sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates). Paddle handles the checkout, payment processing, sales tax and invoicing, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation stops the next renewal. Refunds are handled as described in our refund policy.

5. Service levels and data handling

We operate the service with reasonable skill and care, but webhook delivery depends on third parties (Meta, your receiving endpoints) that we do not control. Event payloads are retained for the period included in your plan and are then deleted. Details of what we store and how are in our privacy notice.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Relayo software, brand and website. You retain all rights to the data you route through the service; you grant us only the license needed to receive, store, process and forward it on your instructions.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relayo LLC's total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may terminate or suspend the service for breach of these terms with notice where practicable. On termination we delete stored events and encrypted credentials within 30 days.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date at least 14 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
